Lateral Plains Pty Ltd brings you Cloudstand, an integrated resource pool of tools based mostly on Open Source systems.

Cloudstand is a regionally based Internet company focused on technological outcomes, safely housed in our virtual server arrays in the City of Ballarat, in the heart of regional Victoria. Cloudstand is about giving our clients an integrated toolkit of cloud based tools and resources for optimum daily use and is backed by a reliable and experienced team who use the Cloudstand system in their everyday operations.

Cloudstand provides you with as much or as little as you need, giving you the control. You don't need any special hardware, which means you don't have to worry about running your own server systems in house.

Cloudstand is flexible, through times of expansion or if you're optimising, or when you need to be smaller but sharper.

Clients will have the luxury of picking and choosing between the facilities provided in Cloudstand, but as it isn't always going to be one size fits all, customisation or specialised configurations are available and we're always happy to see what we can do to accommodate any special needs.

Systems are connected to the Internet by redundant and dedicated optical fibre infrastructure, connecting us directly to Australia's main National and International gateways. For the technically minded, we run our own Autonomous Systems Number (ASN) and our systems are dual stacked (we run both IPv4 and IPv6 protocols).
